1. Book initial consult so that we can size your unit and have a clear understanding of the needed materials.
We require a $100 deposit when you schedule your consult. This $100 is applied to the cost of your unit.
2. We install your brand new unit
3. We schedule a follow up inspection to ensure the units meets the Davidson Standards and coordinate any city inspections.
4. We come out 6 months after the install to preform a unit service.
We can have the new unit installed within 24 hours of the initial consult. We can typically install the unit the same day as the consult.
The unit installation takes 6-8 hours. You do not need to be home the whole time

Yes, we make it easy! Price is the same if you have a package unit, split system, gas or electric.
We won't know for sure until we preform a heat load calculation on the home, but a general rule of thumb to ball park:
1200 SQFT> 2 Ton
1500 SQFT> 2.5 Ton
1800 SQFT> 3 Ton
2100> 3.5 Ton
2400> 4 Ton
3000> 5 Ton
Factors such as ceiling height, window type, wall structure, direction the house is facing, age of home, number of floor, and number of units can effect the required unit to keep your home cool.
There are two kinds of warranties that every new unit gets labor and parts.
Labor:
Each system comes with a one year labor warranty that covers any issue that may have within the first year of your new system being installed.
Parts:
Each System comes with a 10 year parts warranty from the manufacture. This covers any part that goes bad or has problems in the first 10 years.
